At Purple Chimes, we take care that every order is carefully packed and safely delivered to you. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within a maximum of 3 business days from the receipt of your order.

Shipping charges

Shipping within India costs ₹65 for orders below ₹699. Shipping is free for orders of ₹699 or more.

Delivery Timeframe

Products are usually delivered within 5-7 business days across India. It may take some additional time to deliver the orders to remote areas or situation beyond the control of courier companies like natural calamities (heavy rainfall, floods etc), government regulation, etc

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only.

 

Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can then trace your order using the same.

While we make every effort to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time, Purple Chimes cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier or postal services, or for delivery issues arising from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer.
